What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
There are two things I appreciate about my job. The first is the opportunity to learn every day. Every day presents something new, and I'm able to work with new technology, learn new programming languages, and explore new tech stacks.
I see each day as a chance to learn, which I really value. It helps keep the job interesting and novel.
The second thing I really enjoy is the flexibility. Being able to work in a hybrid environment, with the option to work from home or in the office, is amazing. I can control my time a bit more and focus on the projects I need to complete. This flexibility is definitely a part of the work culture at Target and within my team.
