What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

What do I enjoy the most? Working with data, finding trends, and making recommendations based on those trends.

For example, every year we have more and more military students joining USD. This means our admissions team is doing a great job recruiting them.

It also allows me to recommend that we recruit more military students. We're in a military town, so we need more military students. That's just one example.

I also enjoy working on computer screens all day. I don't have to move around that much. I don't go to too many meetings. The meetings I do attend are usually to report on data.

So, I don't have that much human interaction, but that's a good thing for me.
