How would I describe people who thrive in this industry? I would say people that know how to do project management.
It's adaptability. Being able to shift things around, know what to prioritize. This goes back into the relationship when you have good trust that you build with each other.
In that relationship, you're able to know exactly what issue you need to resolve right away and step on the gas pedal for. Definitely, people that thrive in this industry need to be disciplined and adaptable.
