What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

What I love about it is that it's very dynamic. I used to work at very large companies, and they're not as dynamic a workplace as working at a smaller company.

What I mean by that is at a smaller company, things tend to be a little more fast-paced, and your role also tends to be a little more versatile. My primary job is to raise capital, but as I was mentioning to you earlier, I also have responsibilities beyond that.

Whereas, at a large company, in my past, at least, my role tended to be very highly defined. I would have a very narrow area in which I needed to work functionally within that organization.

I am free to be kind of creative and resourceful and figure out for myself what I think is the best way to create value and help my colleagues. Having that versatility and that freedom is something I really enjoy about working at my company.
