What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I am relatively new in this role and at this firm; I've been here just over a year. The biggest challenge is building credibility with a potential investor.
People will take their time in making an important decision, especially when investing their hard-earned money. Some challenges arise because I haven't been at this firm very long.
Another challenge is when someone knows me as an investor through other assets, but doesn't know me in my current role at ZT Corporate or investing in healthcare businesses. I have to address this by acknowledging I haven't been at this firm long.
Then I can talk about the company's track record or my colleagues who have been here for many years. Building that relationship to get to a point where they would consider an investment with a company like ours is the biggest challenge I have.
