What are your main responsibilities within your role?

Sure. I'm actually overseeing a team. Currently, there are seven individuals, and I do a lot of reporting throughout the day.

It involves a lot of strategy, making sure we're hitting our hiring goals. I also do a lot of mentorship and training, so I meet weekly with all of my employees one-on-one. We discuss their goals and where they see themselves going.

We operate in 12 states with many different regions. So it's really about maintaining that flow, ensuring our job posts are in the right place, and managing the budget. It's all part of the fun managerial stuff.
