What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
Well, CYO is an ABA company, Applied Behavioral Analysis. I love being in the healthcare field and I love being able to help kids in a way that I am able to, without directly affecting them. I could never do the jobs that we recruit for.
In HR in general, something I've always cared about is the people in a company that I've worked for. Being able to know the business side of things, but also still have that people-forward type of position, has been very important for me to stay levelheaded.
