What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I think the freedom is probably the most fun. When I worked at Charter, we had daily 30-minute standups and meetings about anything. I know some people really liked that environment, but I, you know, tolerated it a lot more.

In my current position, I have one 15-minute meeting a week. They even said I don't have to show up if I don't want to, as it's technically during my sleep hours. It's really nice having that freedom.

When I have work to do, like data to analyze, nobody bothers me. No one comes to say, "We need to have this meeting."

I also really like the hours. A lot of people find that strange, but as someone who's always been a night shift person, finding a night shift job was life-changing. I thought I was going to lose my mind waking up at 6:30 or 7 AM every day.

I would go to sleep around 4 AM. It was a significant improvement to be able to sleep when I wanted and have my whole day open. So, overall, it's not bad.
