What is your biggest challenge in your role?
For me, my biggest challenge is having to have meetings and deal with other people all the time. Even though it's not all day, every day, I prefer to work a little more alone. Constantly being in meetings just isn't my favorite.
It depends on your team too. Some teams and some jobs don't have meetings all the time. I worked at one job where we had one meeting a day for two or three weeks straight, and that was it.
Then I've worked at others where it's meetings all day for an entire week, pretty much. You'd have another week where it was just nothing but coding. So it really boils down to how your team and how your company works. But that's mine.
