What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

What I enjoy most is my opportunity for growth and seeing my work in action daily. Many jobs don't offer a clear view of the end result; you're often just working for the company.

However, I feel like a lot of the work I do has direct implications. Whether it's building a promotion or fine-tuning a chatbot, I get to see my work applied in real life, and I think that's really cool.
