What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I learned how important working in an interdisciplinary team is, people with different skills and backgrounds. People often approach a problem with a very different perspective. Hearing and understanding those different viewpoints helps you to see a problem in new ways.

This also helps you to come up with a solution together that works for the patient. I really enjoy that.
