What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I really enjoy being in healthcare. There's a high unmet need, and a great need to care for patients.

That humanitarian aspect of helping patients and saving lives aligns with our hospital's mission. Overall, you are helping others, and that's what I like most about it.

The whole part of being a clinical trial pharmacist is that I get to be a part of the drug discovery journey. Many of these patients have already tried and failed other standard therapies or anything else available in the market. Now, they get to try something that's in clinical trials.

With biotechnology being so robust and efficient nowadays, the chances of success are actually quite high, especially with AI-driven drug research and development. The assessment is higher than it has ever been in the past. I really enjoy being a part of that drug discovery process and helping patients to save lives.
