What is your biggest challenge within your current role?
The biggest challenge is sometimes feeling understaffed. There's so much to do in a day and you have deadlines to meet.
However, a lot of the work is administrative, so some things can be prioritized. I take care of what is more urgent first, and then some things can be pushed back a day or two.
I plan out my week like that. Sometimes it's a challenge that you have so much on your plate, but at the same time, you just have to learn to prioritize and plan out the week.
