What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My main responsibilities currently include people management. I manage our programs team, which is about seven different program managers, along with my director of programs.

I also handle program management at the home office, which consists of overseeing programs at different school sites. I have my own caseload, and I also support all of our different programming across the San Jose Bay Area and Oakland.

Additionally, I'm involved in project management and project planning. This includes overseeing the piloting of new program models, different program-related events, and partnerships with our different schools and other partners. These partners provide volunteers and field trip opportunities for our students.
