What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I really enjoy the mix of different things I get to do on any given day. It's never boring, and you definitely have space to work with people and collaborate.

You get to be very people-facing, but then you also get a good mix of time working independently. This involves solving problems and creating solutions for different things.

Having a variety of projects with different timelines keeps things exciting for my work. Sometimes you're able to see results more immediately. Other times, you're working on projects that take a year to complete.
