What does the day in the life of an Associate Director of Programs look like?

It's definitely a mix of meetings. Some meetings I lead, while others I participate in, and there's also independent work time.

This independent work is usually spent on project planning, project development, or strategic planning. I also spend time on-site at schools throughout the week.

For example, today I had a whole team meeting in the morning. Then I went to a school site, came back to the office for another meeting, and now I have some work time set aside. It's a good mix of different things.
