What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think many nurses, or anyone in healthcare right now, would agree that working within the American healthcare system is a challenge. I haven't worked in any other healthcare system, but from what I've read and seen, I know there are other developed countries with better healthcare systems and socialized medicine.
I wish that were the case for our country. Working in the American healthcare system, with our insurance, different states, and varying rules, plus limited access, can be very frustrating.
There's always something more I want to do to help those in need. That's probably one of the biggest moral challenges I face working in healthcare.
