What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge in my current role is, I would say, just about any call that we go on is a challenge. You don't necessarily know what you're going on with very limited information via our dispatch or 911 system.
So when you show up, you have to problem-solve. Whether it's a medical problem and you need to assist someone appropriately to treat them, or if it's a fire and I don't know where my hydrant is or how I'm going to get water to my fire engine.
I'd say just about every call is a challenge, and I can't really narrow it down.
