How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I think it's tech as a whole, and the people within it. It's a big industry, so I know that's a very broad statement. But as a whole, the tech industry is changing so fast that to thrive in it, you have to be curious.

It's not about having one static skillset that will carry you through every phase of your career. It's about wanting to keep learning and following your curiosity. I think in tech, we sometimes get really excited about the next thing, whatever that is.

If it's Bitcoin, AI, or machine learning, people can get really excited and think, "Okay, that's what I have to go be an expert in." My advice is, if that's what you're interested in, follow that.

But if it's not, don't just chase the trend. Chase what you're passionate about, chase what fulfills you. Just keep learning, because that will keep pushing you forward and allow you to keep up with the rate of change.

I think it's that desire and willingness to continue learning that will build a varied and successful career. Maybe not just in tech, but definitely within tech.
