What are your main responsibilities within your role?
In my current role, I am the human resources business partner for three VPs within our sales organization. This means I am the person they work with on their people strategy to align with their business strategy.
This includes things like recruiting plans, organization structure changes, and compensation plans. Anything to take the business strategy and translate it into what that means for our people. It also involves building a culture they want to work in and stay in, and solving any other people-related problems that arise.
