What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
This is less industry-specific and more about our company. I think one of the coolest things about AlphaSights is that most everyone here is starting their first job out of college.
This is super awesome because everyone is in the same kind of experience as you are. I was a bit of an anomaly, a little older and had done things before, but for many, it's their first internship or their first time after college.
It's just a very supportive environment. It's not only about being the best person here, but also about becoming the best professional you can be.
I think people don't always realize how young and fun the environment really is.
