What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
Think, don't be afraid to fail forward. Being a high-performing student in college, I was a bit of a perfectionist. I really did not want to ever make a mistake, but mistakes are inevitable.
It's just important how you learn from them. So, trying, putting yourself out there, and going out on a limb is crucial. If it doesn't go the best way the first time, that's okay.
Learning from that is one of the most important things you can take into your career.
