How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I think people who are adaptable and collaborative, but also aren't afraid to ask questions, tend to do well in this industry. People who know how to listen but are also hustling also do well.

Sometimes it's not about knowing everything. It's about staying curious and developing your relationships. I heard a quote: "It's not what you know or who you know, it's more about who knows you."

I relate to that so much. Often, I might not know everyone I'm in a meeting with, but they might know who I am. This benefits me, my clients, and the work I'm doing.

It gives you a platform to be in spaces you never thought you'd be in. Being able to put yourself out there is really helpful because, in this industry, it's beneficial for people to know who you are.
