What entry-level positions are there in this field that an undergraduate or graduate student might consider?
If you're an undergrad, I would definitely seek out any internship you can get. There are a lot of different skills you can learn from internships.
If you've already graduated from undergrad, I would look for entry-level recruiter positions or titles like client success manager or entry-level HR. My role was 360, so I feel like I had experience in all three areas.
If you are looking for a specific pathway, I would consider those three main positions. I was looking for a recruiter position and landed this one.
