What are your main responsibilities within your role?
My role as a CEO is to empower my team, giving them the resources and direction needed to accomplish their tasks. Essentially, 99% of my job is helping my people get their work done.
This varies daily. Some days require meetings and providing direction. Other days, it's more about financial matters or providing the necessary tools and materials.
On other days, I'm out in the field, bringing in business to sustain the company. To summarize, my job is to handle the biggest fires, take on the greatest challenges, solve the most significant problems, and help my team move forward.
