What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I talked earlier about that sense of accomplishment you can feel when you see a project all the way through from start to finish. I think that's what I enjoy most.

A close second, maybe even tied for first, is the feeling of making sure a system works. When you show up to a job and something's not going right and no one can figure out why, you put your head together with this team of really intelligent folks.

You all troubleshoot a solution from start to finish, eliminating variables. You finally drill down to what the problem is, and you go home that day knowing that thing works because you all worked together to get it done. That makes me want to show up for work the next day.
