What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

There are a lot of challenges. We are a client-facing firm, meaning we work on behalf of various clients.

Typically, our clients are in the healthcare industry, but we also have clients in education, biotechnology, and the pharmacological sector. Being able to understand and navigate client needs, and respond to them effectively, can be a challenge because every client has different needs.

It's not negative about the clients, but they're not always super clear on what those needs are. They may not know themselves.

So, it's about helping them determine what exactly they want us to provide. That can sometimes be a challenge because you always want to do the best job you can. This can be difficult, especially when you're trying to figure out what makes the most sense and what they're looking for.
