How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I think one trait that's really important is just having a desire to learn more about the organization, about the industry, about research, and about how to grow personally and professionally.
Where I work, there's really great retention. A lot of people transfer to different divisions and departments and try on new assignments. They carry with them the institutional knowledge from their current and prior roles, and just grow and develop from there.
So, I think that's really important. This isn't just specific to where I'm at, but in general, it's just having this desire and eagerness to learn and develop more things about yourself professionally and personally.
