What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Yes, I definitely enjoy the mission-oriented purpose of this organization. I've worked in the corporate world, in small consultancies, and for-profit companies.
Now I work for the government, which isn't very glamorous, but it is more mission-oriented and driven. I feel like it means something in the world.
I've been a small cog in many different machines, and this is one that I really enjoy. Knowing that it's providing a benefit to society, rather than just being purely for profit, is personally something I find really enjoyable.
