Calvin, taking you back to your time at UCLA. What did you do in undergrad that set you up for success in your career?
I think trying on new hats and new things really helps. It gives you a greater understanding of how different organizations and roles work.
It's about growing and stretching yourself, leading to a lot of personal growth that can translate into professional growth. So, while you're in college, try to do as many things as you can.
You'll learn from it, and you can use that experience to pad your resume and talk about it in interviews and internships. I think it all builds towards who you ultimately want to become.
