Q5: Favorite parts of the role.
What do you enjoy most about being in your role as Chief of Staff?
The thing I really love is the fluidity or flexibility. You get to span work across the company, from very high-level strategy pieces to very detailed work.
For example, I review screens and the code for those screens with engineers before we push them to our live servers. It's really fun.
Basically, you get to be a part of and see almost anything and everything going on with the company. This gives you a lot of agency in terms of being able to shape something and then go build it.
