What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Currently, I most enjoy the ability to switch projects. At times, I get a little finicky and want to learn something new or be exposed to something new.
The ability to have a project that generally lasts between two to three months, complete it, and move on really intrigued me about the role. It’s also about being able to build a lot of skills since I am an industry changer.
I went from nonprofit in education to industrial manufacturing. I wanted to be exposed to a number of different segments of the business.
Being able to pick up a project, complete it, make a recommendation, and move on has continually excited me because every day is different. That, for me, is enjoyable.
