What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
What I enjoy most about being in my industry is the ability to learn about products I use daily. I had no idea my company actually made them.
For instance, 3M makes the film you see on cars. Before becoming an employee, I didn't realize the breadth of automotive-related products 3M makes.
I've really enjoyed being able to see all the things we use that 3M creates in my everyday life. I feel like I see a 3M product outside of Post-It notes pretty regularly.
It's been enjoyable to know that the company I work for creates a wide variety of products that enhance everyone's lives daily.
