What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge in my role is also the thing I enjoy the most: I'm learning something new all the time. Coming into a project at the onset, it can feel like a weakness not knowing everything about what I may be tasked to make a recommendation about.
It can be challenging to figure out new sources to research information for the project I'm working on. But as the project progresses, it eventually becomes enjoyable because you understand the lingo or how people are talking about the project I'm required to work on.
So the challenge is getting up to speed, but then once the project actually gets going, it becomes an enjoyable part of the role.
