What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Currently, I'm an assistant manager. I transitioned from being a trial attorney, where my entire focus was on the successful criminal prosecution of a case.
As an assistant manager, my role now is to assist younger and mid-level attorneys in growing their careers and professional development. So, what I do right now is I'm very much a mentor, a coach, and an advisor.
I get to help people get as far as they want to go.
