Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? What internships or jobs did you have before your current role as a Senior VP?
Okay, so that's a really long list. I started thinking I was going to go into psychology. After doing some research and a job in lay counseling, I hated both of those.
I thought, "Hmm, I can't be a psychologist." So then I went into business and found the path through HR. I started off doing more administrative work.
Then I went into what's called a business partner role, though it wasn't called that back then. I slowly worked my way up and ended up in an ACHRO type role.
