What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I like doing a lot of different things and having my hand in a lot of different buckets. That is very much what a chief of staff does. I like being cross-functional and working with lots of different people.
I like having a broad view of the organization's work and working across the team to help increase our impact and effectiveness. I also like helping people and organizations become more effective.
As I said earlier, I spoke about my belief in the importance of teachers and leaders in this work. This is also true in the nonprofit space. I see part of my role as helping people become more effective, and that's something I really [unclear].
