What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

My favorite part about my role is that basically every day I work on multiple new deals. It's not that every deal goes forward, but I'm typically underwriting four to six new deals every single day.

I also refine models and deals as we gather more information. So, not every day is the same. When someone asks me on a Sunday about my upcoming week, I honestly have no idea.

I typically don't know until the day of. It could be a super busy day, or it could be a little slower. I could be working on a deal tomorrow that we end up buying for a hundred million dollars in a few months. Every day is different, and I'm always working on new deals.
