Favorite Parts Of Working In The Real Estate Industry As An Acquisitions Associate

Brian enjoys real estate because it offers diverse investment strategies, such as buying and holding or complete renovations that can "change effectively the whole, the building and maybe even the neighborhood." Unlike simply "growing a number on a screen," real estate allows for the tangible creation of spaces that impact people's lives positively by providing places to "live, to work, to shop."

What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I find real estate extremely interesting, especially as an investment. There are so many different things you can do.

Sometimes people just buy and hold. Other times, you can take an asset or building and completely renovate it.

Sometimes it might be a building that's falling apart. You could effectively change the whole building and maybe even the neighborhood.

I think it's more than just growing a number on a screen. If you're investing in stocks, you're building or creating something you can see. It impacts people's lives.

You can create amazing places for people to live, work, and shop. Those are some of my favorite things about working in the real estate industry.
