Q11: Significant lesson - career
What is one lesson that you have learned that is proving significant in your career?
One lesson I've learned is that hard work, dedication, friendliness, and perseverance outshine pretty much anything within my field. Being skilled and a good worker within creative fields like acting, directing, or screenwriting is important, but without those other elements, you'll give up.
What I've learned the most is that taking care of my mental health and mindset is what truly propels me forward. I was hesitant to apply for jobs initially because I didn't want to face rejection.
However, I realized that if people can't say yes to me, it's because I'm not putting myself out there. So, I applied to many jobs, and that's what led me to where I am now.
