What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge is that things are different every day. I enjoy not fully knowing what to expect, but sometimes I wish for routine and consistency. You never know if a big problem will happen on set.
For me, maintaining even-headedness and calm is a challenge. I guess the ability to just do what needs to be done is also difficult.
I like routine and consistency, but I also like the excitement of things changing. Yet, I think that's a really big challenge for me.
