What do you enjoy the most about being in your role?

My favorite thing is getting into the office and just honestly saying good morning to everyone. Everyone's got a smile on their face.

Everyone knows this job is hard, and we don't sugarcoat that. So, we make things fun. We play games during calling hour to make objection handling more engaging.

We track who can get the most meetings or make the most calls. Getting to the office and grinding together is the best part of it for me.

I'm a team guy. Being able to grind together versus working alone in a silo just doesn't work for me. I think everyone on my team would say the same thing. It's great to go through it all together in the same space.
