What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
I wish I had known what the role was. That's the best way I can describe it. I came into working in film, as I said, somewhat unexpectedly.
I had never met or heard of a post supervisor until I started working for one. Sometimes I think that if I had known, I might have been working towards this career throughout my education.
But I didn't know that there were so many different roles within filmmaking. That's something I wish I'd known earlier in my life. I know that's not necessarily specific to my job, but I feel like I meet a new person with a new role every day, even 10 years into it. So that's what I'd say.
