What skills are most important for a job like yours?
Flexibility. And what I mean by that is having mental flexibility as well as open-mindedness.
Because quite often, the best plans do not quite work out, especially in large-scale film production. There are so many moving parts. There could be a lot of money being spent, a lot of traveling happening; there's just a lot of things happening at once.
So, you have to be ready for something to go wrong. Being able to keep a cool head and pivot is the most essential thing a post-supervisor can have. You are really balancing time, expectations, and the unpredictable nature of art all at once.
