Biggest Challenges Faced By a Film Post Production Supervisor at Film and TV Studio
Brandi's most significant appreciation for the film and television industry is the prevalence of unionized workers, enabling "a better quality of life" than many other sectors. This is directly relevant to Brandi's role as a Film Post Production Supervisor, as the ability to "hire people at Union" is a key aspect of their work.

What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
One thing I really love about my industry is how many union workers are employed by it. There are many entertainment guilds. The big ones that most people have heard of are SAG, WGA, DGA, Directors Guild, and Writers Guild.
But also on set, all the crew, like the gaffers, electricians, and set builders, they're all in unions as well. This allows for people to have a better quality of life than a lot of other industries that have moved away from unionization. I really appreciate that.
In my role, I'm able to hire people into a union.
