What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I would say I'm very fortunate right now. It's really about the people, and working with the people around me is great.

I've gone through periods where that wasn't true. The quality of life at work is really dependent on joining somewhere or being in a place where the culture is really good. Then, you help foster or improve that culture over time, being a positive contributor when everyone is around and loves working with each other and loves their job.

It's a lot of fun at work. To put on my advisor hat, as you look for a job, it's really important to interview the job that you're applying for.

Really understand: Is this culture a good fit for me? Do the people I'm talking with actually like their job? Do they feel like they want others around them to thrive? Is it a cutthroat environment? Is it a toxic environment?

Even the money or whatever, if you hate your job, it's really no fun. So I would really encourage you to look for a good culture and help foster that culture.
