What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

I would say it really is time management. As I've taken on more scope, and also have a fairly busy family life raising children, you really strive for balance in life, right?

To be able to actually enjoy and be able to go home and turn off work, but then, at work or with the list of responsibilities, really be strategic about those. Not get stuck in tactical weeds, but actually be effective and efficient.

In some ways, put a boundary on that, and not let it consume your life as more and more things get put on your plate. So I'd say it's just about time and doing the right things. Really choosing the tasks that are most important.
