What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I think just being able to talk to all these different people. I get to learn so much.
Going on site and standing there with the general contractor while they're pointing things out is eye-opening. They’ll say, "This is an issue that we didn't see on plan," because you wouldn't see it in a drawing. Real-life conditions are always a little different.
Things that are above you or below you, you can't see, but then you start tearing things apart, and there they are. So, I definitely enjoy meeting a lot of people and learning a lot.
On the business development side, I love just hanging out with people, talking to them. It is sales, you know; we're selling a service, a company, and a team. Being able to be the face of that is an honor and a privilege.
Delivering on our promises feels good. Making a sale is always awesome, but just making people happy and delivering when you say you will is incredible too.
