What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

One of my favorite parts about this role is definitely meeting new people. I've met with so many companies, ranging from the aerospace industry to restaurants. I've even met with quite a few celebrities.

Being based in LA, there are so many wonderful people I've met. I've even made some friends out of the partnerships I've built over the past.

When you have good referring partnerships, the job becomes so much more fun. There's less cold calling, and the job really turns into taking partners out for coffee, spending time catching up, and just setting up the clients they refer to you.

When you prove yourself to your partners and show that you are there to help, they really trust and appreciate you. It can take a few years of building those partnerships to get to that point, so you just have to be very dedicated.

I also really love that I get to choose what I do every day. I have a lot of freedom in that respect. I can work from home. Last year, I spent a month working from Hawaii. I plan my week exactly the way I want, and I really love that freedom.
