How would you describe people that thrive in Ministry?
I think people who can thrive in our industry are more willing to learn new things. As I mentioned, our industry is fast-paced, and we always have something new.
People need to keep learning about new technology and trends so they can stay up to date with technical matters. Our jobs also sometimes change according to new situations or challenges.
For example, we changed some of our product designs due to COVID. We also rearranged the production line because we received a lot of laptop orders due to the work-from-home trend.
So, we need to learn new things and adjust our working pace according to different situations. I think people who can thrive in this industry are more willing to learn. They are also more flexible with new responsibilities or new jobs.
